I can’t say enough about Ramiro and his team! It is always a pleasure to go into the store and look at the incredibly gorgeous creations. But even more special are the creations that Ramiro creates that are so personalized and specific to the individual he’s making it for. Ramiro’s kindness makes everything sparkle that much more!

We have used and recommended Ramiro to many of our friends he has done beautiful work for us, he recently did a custom graduation ring for my daughter which was stunning and she loved it. We no longer live in Ohio but that did not stop us from using Finesse.

Ramiro and his staff are just really wonderful people to work with for our jewelry needs. Ramiro is very accommodating to our needs. As a Custom Jeweler, he'll do what needs to be done to make his clients happy.
He takes his time to make sure his work is above and beyond what is expected. I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry.

I am VERY PLEASED with the dahlia ring that I just purchased from Finesse. I commissioned the ring based on a picture that I found on-line. Finesse staff were easy to work with in designing the ring I wanted and then they made it in less than two weeks. I am very happy with this ring and would recommend Finesse to anyone.

I just picked up a ring that Ramiro designed for me. I took him diamonds from several rings that belonged to my mother, mother in law, grandmother. Gold from my great aunt and great grandmother. It turned out exactly like I hoped. The most beautiful ring! Now I can wear a ring that reminds me of so many special people instead of many pieces never worn!
